My all time favorite was the woman talking on a cell phone and putting on mascara while driving through morning rush hour traffic in Houston -- all at the same time.
Oh yes, there was the guy holding a newspaper in front of his face while driving. He slowly crept up behind me at a light until he tapped my bumper. The kicker is he drove off when the light changed still reading.

Iveseen people read newspapers and put on makeup and change clothes in stop and go traffic. Not at the same time of course lol
