I took Kris's advice and reset my devices. Still getting double spacing in messages when they get here. Now I'm thinking it could either be something with Mail or Yahoo. I don't know what to do worth tap but my next think would be to delete my mail account and reinstate it.

When Office 365 was new, I used the free trial subscription using my primary account, then eventually had it expire (because I then didn't want the subscription fee in addition to a number of one-off licenses under Windows).
