Wait. Mushrooms are an obvious no? Huh? Raisins too? Huh? Are they bad? My dig eats raisins. Grapes. Mushrooms. Anything I eat except I try to not give him breads.

My dog eats only human food. He is a Pekingese named Duncan. He eats what we eat with the obvious exceptions ( no chocolate, mushrooms, raisins, etc...). I must say when we switched him over to real, non processed human food, he stopped itching and smelling "like a dog". He also gets a bath once a week. LOVES it so much we cannot use the word "bath" in casual conversation around him or he jumps up and RUNS to the bathtub!

Does anyone here home cook ?
I took a canine nutrition course for 20 weeks a few years ago and I home cook for my dogs - basically an organic chemical free diet. My oldest pug is 16:)
