I was trying to back out of a space in the garage one day and a lady stopped to let me out. I started backing up (was halfway out) and she drove into me. I got out and asked her why she had done that and she said "I was ON the PHONE!" I said "lady, hang up and drive" and left (fortunately no damage).

Hubby said the mother day someone stopped their car in the middle of the street to answer the cell phone. When hubby got fed up with waiting he looked the horn and got the look like what was his problem!

illegal to drive and use a cell phone, other than hands free, but it
does not seem to make a difference. I was almost hit by a car in a
