| I know just how you feel, Jenny. It's very sad that people treat their animals that way. My parents once wanted to rescue a little MinPin but couldn't because she was completely terrified of my dad, even after a few weeks of being with them. Like your little Frankie, she was just terribly scared of men. (My parents got another MinPn later, and she had no fear of anybody, thank goodness.)
