I did by phone, talked to a nice girl in Sydney. Daughter was too busy to talk, so she will pop over Wednesday and Audrey the Apple girl will call then, she emailed me with her hours when I asked.

Great service. Once Audrey sends a code to Sams iPhone, and Sam quotes the serial number, Audrey will rest the PW and we are done.

My daughters Apple ID got hacked I think, some weird messages a while back. She could not log in to change password, so she did the forgotten password option to send a link to her email address. It never arrived. She forgot the secret question answers.

Is there any other way to resolve this?

If not, and she created a new Apple ID, what happens to her apps and songs she bought via iTunes and App Store on the other Apple ID, will they disappear on the next sync?
