Yup iFunbox is same usefulness with DiskAid, and it's free. It's very helpful for your iDevice.
I hadn't used DiskAid, it looks interesting, but at $30 I will pass.

You have to install "DiskAid" in your PC, then copy all your iPad content into your PC, and for application that already installed in your iPad you have to plug in your iPad into PC then in iTunes move your mouse to Device then right click your mouse, click transfer purchase, it will transfer all your application from your iPad into PC.

Subject: [iPad] Help! Need to transfer IPad contents to new pc
My old pc is on its way out and am setting up a new one.
What is the best way to get all my current IPad 2 content into a new install of ITunes?
Isabel
