ATT has a simple collector app - myatt - for everything on a data plan. And there's always setup-general-cellular usage.
I use an app called Data Usage Pro on my iPod, iPhone and iPad. It only keeps track of the usage for each device so it needs to be installed on every device. I also have the Verizon app which keeps track of total usage on my my account but there is about a 4 hour delay in the status.
