Forum Two, where there is no off topic. Lets say it is the exact same users as in Forum One. There has been no comments for a while, it currently seems have  few users, maybe very few. I won't join as I assume it is a dead or almost dead forum.

OT can be read or not read, no problem there. But I KNOW this is an active forum, so worth staying
