Raw milk is the bees knees, man!! I mean Louis Pasteur was cool and all but if you trust your dairyman get raw milk. Washington state forbids it but when I worked for the dairy in high school I lived on raw milk. I've seen a couple documentaries and am no expert or dietician by any means but if your milk has added sugar OMG run away please, refined sugars are horrible evil poisons to the body. <http://youtu.be/dBnniua6-oM>
