Oh certainly but the route to achieve the weight loss was the removal of crappy processed and sugar enriched foods from my diet. (Add augmenting with fruits, nuts and vegetables) I could not have had the benefits of the weight loss without actually losing weight which was simply by making better food choices. I didn't have to eat less in fact I can and normally do consume more food but its never as calorie dense as a cheesecake. Although I do love cheese cake it's just hard to find a good one. Ohh and tiramisu!

But all I had to do was eat smart and healthy and for me my diagnoses of diabetes was incorrect. Correct my diet to be more natural and my weight went down and "diabetes like symptoms" went away. Along with apnea. Depression. High blood pressure. That's me I'm just one guy with anecdotal evidence. But I'm not alone)All those benefits can easily be due solely to the weight loss, not to the method used to lose it.
