ipad to laptop -- hook up to computer, ipad will appear as a camera/portable
device, drill down the folders until you see the list of images, drag/drop
to wherever you want on your hard-drive.
computer to ipad - put the pix you want on the ipad in a folder & check that
to sync in itunes.
I do not do any cloud or wifi sync. I use cable-connection between computer
& devices.
