It really is much better that eating milk that has refined sugar added back in. Personally I prefer almond 'milk' to store bought milk. Whole pasteurized milk s better than non fat milk with added sugar (from what I have read) again I am no doctor no dietician but I am not fat and stay in good health and eat as little refined foods as possible. As much home grown or hand picked or hand caught foods as possible. My beef from thesame family for over 20 years. Vegetables from the same garden 20 years. (And some fruit amd vegetable co-ops a,d stands when needed)
Maureen. You are lucky. I'm nt allowed by law to do that and the dairy I used to collect from has sold owners so I'm not longer able to get raw milk unless I get my own goat, which I will do when I relocate to the family property.

Kris I agree wholeheartedly with you re this. I live in rural Ireland farming district ad get as much milk as I can use from the tank before it is collected for the creamery. Maureen
Sent from my iPadRaw milk is the bees knees, man!! I mean Louis Pasteur was cool and all but if you trust your dairyman get raw milk. Washington state forbids it but when I worked for the dairy in high school I lived on raw milk. I've seen a couple documentaries and am no expert or dietician by any means but if your milk has added sugar OMG run away please, refined sugars are horrible evil poisons to the body. <http://youtu.be/dBnniua6-oM>~KLM\\01000100010001010101011001001001010000010100111001010100//
I live across the street from a dairy farm, and a mile from another. Neither is foolish enough to sell raw milk, and if they did, I would NEVER use it
