Most people assume a computer can print. Given the myriad uses of a iPad someone will want to print from it some time without getting a snide response like that from you.
I have several desktops, laptops and Macs at home. But not everyone using an iPad has access to Win or Mac machines as a go-between.
Are you just going to keep repeating "your problem is not relevant" (in so many words) and "Apple sells so many they can't be wrong" on every thread (like the Flash one?)
Did your comment below help anyone print a document from their iPad or just attack their expectation that a iPad should... How dare they think an iPad could print, they should have to own another PC/Mac as middleman to print or buy a laptop. Not so helpful.
The user who started this wanted to print, not a lecture on why they should have bought a laptop if they wanted to print. On Mon, Sep 26, 2011 at 1:47 PM, Just Murray <krismurray@gmail.com> wrote:
Huh? Now you want iPad printing without a PC? I'd say you need a laptop and mistakenly got an iPad. But that's just me.
Re: [iPad] Re: Too many printer apps available... which to choose?
My printer has an app for photos. My snide remark was meant to be snide and to stir up debate. It worked. Thanks for joining ;) although, instead you should debate how and why apple (who doesn't make printers anymore) should be making printing software. Lol. It did. The printers haven't gotten behind it. What's your thoughts on that? My canon prints photos. Hp does too. Why others don't is beyond me. Ask epson. Oh wait I think they have an app too! Ask brother to get on board! Or whomever. But puhlease. Don't Blake apple for not making printers lololololol
