Or point your husband to the iTunes App store and let him have fun
thinking about the possibilities -- if he's smart enough to operate an
iPad, he's smart enough to form his opinion about apps.

And many of them are cheap enough (less than a coffee at Starbuck's or
DD!) that even if he buys them and turns out not to like them, it's no
big deal.
