im saying a machine will soon come into cops hands to check blink rates to determine if you are too tired to drive. and by soon i mean my lifetime.

Study after study after study prove that the use of cellphones while driving truly impairs the cognitive abilities of drivers far more than most other common distractions in a vehicle. Further, statistic after statistic also shows that a significant portion of vehicle accidents are caused by drivers' errors caused because they were talking on the phone.
