What is the model # of the device?

In Control Panel do any of the devices have a red ! next to them?

If I generally have trackball or mice problems I go to Control Panel; System; Device Manager and remove all mice and then power on again and hope it is detected from this 'fresh' state.

I installed iTunes 11 yesterday, and my Logitech wireless Trackman did not work after rebooting. I use a PC running XP Pro SP3+.

After replacing the battery, unplugging the receiver from USB ports on both the motherboard and hubs, I still have no functioning cursor. I've purchased a new
Trackman which works on my wife's PC laptop, but won't work on the PC with iTunes 11.

I get the New Hardware Wizard, but get a fail to install.

Other USB devices such as the printer and external drive appear to be functioning normally.
