Hi Group, I wanna know is the 3G model of the mini iPad is locked or not, as the ads. in the site goes that there is no long time tie up, what does that mean that i can travel out of US and use a different carrier? And has any one used the 3G model here, the mini i mean? How is the coverage in a non LTE area? Thank You for your help and advice. |
