If you purchased it, you should tap the AppStore icon on your iPad, then
once the AppStore opens up, tap the "Purchased" link at the bottom and
you can scroll through all the apps you've purchased and can reload any
that you don't have loaded. If you have a lot, you can tap on the tab
"Not on This iPad" and then you'll only see your purchased apps which
aren't currently installed.
