Thanks for the opinion. Perhaps Verizon would be best. I asked him which he wanted, but he said, "you choose."

Either will work fine in Plano. I recommend Verizon. Better coverage away from the cities and off the interstate. Plus the Verizon iPad will work as a hotspot should the need arise. AT&T unit won't.
