(Jumping in before David B. beats me to it.) I have ForScore, which is an app displaying PDF sheet music. I put my iPad on the piano's music stand, just like a music book, and sightread. The point here is, I I have a Bluetooth pedal that I use to send a signal for ForScore to turn the page. I love it.
I have a case, the MyPadLife, that I use on my exercise bike. It's hard to describe. It's very secure.

And my friend Michelle, who's getting to be quite the iPad artist, has a Nomad DualCompose stylus that has a brush end. She's absolutely crazy about it.
