I've run some 5k races there, we actually go through the Gardens.
Very nice place.

Years ago, in 1980 or thereabouts I was giving a lecture on native ferns at
Brookside Gardens in Wheaton, MD. I always provided handouts for my talks
and I titled this one " With Fronds Like These who needs Anemones" an old
line from a Judy Holiday movie as I recall.
