Re: [iPad] I'm weak!

I think a lot of us are in the same boat, Jenny, and miss our fluffers (and nakeds!), but it's that or not have cats and dogs at all, so we have obviously chosen the latter.  I'm so glad your li'l Fax is doing so much better. That's great!

The new case sounds lovely!  I hope I can get one like your DNA case some time.  They don't seem to have them in Switzerland, at least not yet.

I still miss all my fluffers who have gone on. Sweet little babes!

With the fluids, Fax is, in fact, hungry again, she's active & drinking water on her own... We will still be giving her the Sub-Q fluids anyway. So happy she's a lot better than before.

Got my iPhone 5S in the Sena case with the card slots in the back. Rockin' the gold!

You are very lucky to have had Fax as long as you have.  Bob was 17 when I put him down.  Even though I'm busy with Mickey and Minnie, I'm still missing Bob Barker.

She's always been our little Babette.... So sweet.

At 17+ we are trying anything to get her to feel better, so I'm glad to see she is! now. Of course if it comes to the crunch, we will do what's best for her. For now she's putting up with us... <G>

Little Tidbit sounds like a real personality boy!!  (Sorry I thought HE was a SHE!).  That must have been so cute to get his visit when you were working on your new iPhone!  Sounds like he was ready for some attention:  "Hey, I'm here, too, Mom!!!  LOL   So he is a Chorkie!!  <thrilled.gif>  Never heard that before!

I'm glad the new treatment is helping Fax!  You sure have a practical set-up for giving the fluids.  Hope she continues to get better.  What a pretty little Pom she is.

Tidbit is a 'he' and he's NEVER been shy, just a really laid back dude. He's getting a touch more assertive when he is eating a snack and another dog comes to investigate, he WILL bark-growl like the tiny Chi-wee-wee +Yorkie we THINK he is.

Guess that would make him a "Chorkie" AWE! And he's also more comfortable going up the doggie-steps to my bed. I was laying there last night, getting my steeings and such on the new phone, and felt this bitty little nose on m hand, and his little paw 'waved' in front of my iPhone screen.

I've had to start giving sub-Q Fluid to my eldest, Fax. BUT it actually is helping. They ave her an injection of antibiotic for a bacterial infection, and ordered sub-Q fluids. daily. So I learned how to do this at home. She only gets 75 mL at night. I rigged up a station for her. Hung the bag onto a crate on a table, when she gets her fluids, I sit on the floor, pit a clean needle onto the IV line, Inject and let the valve open full for the fluid to go in. About 10-13 seconds will usually be the right amount. I can't see the level on the bag, so at least she gets most if not all.

It seems to be helping a lot! This is from this morning on my bed...

LOL!!!  I second the motion, Patti!  I'd love to see the new iPhone, too, and that adorable doggie any time, Jenny!  Is she getting braver now that she's been with you for a while?
