Here is how I have to do it.
Handbrake instructions for disk with multiple shows
Insert disk and when the feature that you want to rip is playing select go to titles. See what number is checked for title and for chapter
Run handbrake go to File>open source title specific
Select the disk click open
Put the number of the Title in the small box and click open titles
At this point you will see that handbrake scans it and in the title will be the number given to you when you played the disk in step 1. Change the chapter so it's the same chapter given to you in step 1
It will have a zero in that box if you leave it at zero it will apparently scan the disc or in the case of a multiple disk just the first episode you can change it to the number given to you as an step one
Click start and it will ask you if you want to overwrite a file that is in the queue , click yes if you have taken that file renamed it importing it into iTunes

There's a drop down menu that allows you to select the correct chapter to rip~KLM\\01000100010001010101011001001001010000010100111001010100//Yes, i use Handbrake too. It's very good. Took me awhile to figure out how to get several episodes of a show on DVD. Handbrake would only rip the first show but I finally found good directions on how to do it. Now I can get several shows on my iPads for when I know I'm going to have a long wait somewhere.Terry
