Your iTunes music folder is in your "My Music" folder. 

See http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4527 for info on copying between computers. Personally, I use an external hard drive.

Great idea!  So, do I find the 'iTunes folder' in my program files (old pc) and then just click & drag to the flash drive?  Uninstall my iTunes on the new pc?  I actually think the old iTunes gives me the same message because I used the cloud, then changed to my computer to sync.  I probably just need to wipe it all & start over. 

Love having a new pc, but oh my J  tons of work involved.
