ACS trains for 4 weeks before you are let go answering real Vernon calls without assistance. I think my exroomie took 6 weeks. They are trained to handle the call in five minutes or less. Their pay improves with answering more calls faster.

It's a matter of training. The companies just don't provide good training to these people at their stores
