[iPad] again with the ring tones

 

I downloaded a ring tone to my PC I moved it to iTunes in the tones part of iTunes. I plugged in my iPhone to the PC with the USB cable I synched the PC and iPhone through itunes and went to  Settings > Sounds > Ring tone from the settings screen on my iPhone Only the default ones were there.. not a downloaded one   Am I doing this wrong ?
