Re: [iPad] Too many printer apps available... which to choose?

> The fact that I can easily print (using a paid application) tells me that making the required software and/or drivers is not at all impossible. And I did look before I bought. Nothing at the time on the Apple web site told me my printer had to be AirPrint enabled; I found that out after reading through the web site.

Many people -- and I don't know if you are one of them or not -- decry Big Business buying up companies and technologies, and shutting out the innovative 3rd-party developer.

Until some specific problem that they would like a simple solution for comes up, and they DON'T want innovative 3rd-party solutions, they want a system-wide, integrated, Big Brother Company solution instead.

There ARE solutions. You CAN easily print using a paid application.

Should Apple cut out 3rd-party developers, one by one, for every popular "application space"?
