No size limit barrier. I download much larger apps for my grandson all the time.
Let's recap.
1. no restrictions on iPad or iMac
2. no age restriction (I've downloaded "questionable" apps with no problem).
3. iMac is OS X 10.7.1 (Lion)
4. iPad 2 OS 4.3.5
5. Live in USA
6. App I'm trying to download is rated 9+
7. App I'm trying to download is 4.1 MB (I've downloaded MUCH larger apps)
