Hobby was the word, not toy.
Hobby project, toy project, not too dissimilar. Means that it's not a serious product in their product portfolio. A product they are playing with but also brought to market, but from leaks and the direction WWDC shows to me, it will be taken to another level.

Apple TV is far from a toy. We used it to present a Keynote Medicare program that we wrote to sell Medicare insurance via a projector using a iPad.
