Ipad1? 2? The 1 may not have enough juice although thinking about it that sounds weird. Ibwould read the comments or maybe try after a fresh restart and see if that helps

I was told to use a 30 pin adaptor/HDMI cable with the ipad connected to the TV HDMI outlet. Am not using Airplay. Any suggestions.
Audio works on TV but no video.

Is HBO Go only for the iPad? Has anyone had any success watching HBO Go on their TV from the iPad. I have all the cables connected and the iPad is fine with HBO Go. The TV screen just has the HBO icon in the middle of the screen and sound is fine but no video.
