Thanks very much, Bill!  (Please excuse the late reply).  I didn't realize that Photogene had the capability to make the text balloons.  This is a really useful and also fun app!  I appreciate your tips and offer to help.

Once have saved the photo you can go to the library, press and
copy then you can paste it in your email or where ever you might want.
