Wow!  This is fascinating, Kris.  Thanks for the link!  I asked my husband if he knew this music, and at least he has heard of it.  I wonder how I completely missed out on it!  Is it possible to get hold of the Switched on Bach box for a reasonable amount of money?   I don't see anything on the Swiss iTunes except for something by Herbert Walti.

Walter Carlos was a pioneer with the Moog synthesizer and had a very famous album called "Switched on Bach".  Later in life he became "Wendy" with a bit of surgery.
