[iPad] no From field in email

 

I have an iPad 1 with iOs 4.3.3. I have 2 email accounts - 1 on mobileme and 1 MS exchange. When I try to compose a new message in Mail I do not have a From field. So I can't choose which account the message is sent from.
I assume that there is something wrong with my settings but I can't figure out what.
