Maybe someone knows a programmer? I'd love to have it too. It's on apple mail so maybe.... But apple seems obsess with the "sent from my iPad" I doubt built in functionality would include a way to randomize it. But who knows. 

Ok. So international keyboards are justva few licks away. In settings app. Inconvenient yes but possible!

My iPad is in German, so the auto correct must also be in German, with no way to have it in English that I can see.  I have the international keyboards, though, for what that's worth.   
 
You are right.  I would probably have to change the whole iPad to English, but then when I type in German several of the letters are missing, so that's no good, either. 
 
My biggest problem, though, is with external keyboards.  It is just awful to have to type on a keyboard with a layout you aren't used to.  Some of the letters are exchanged (their position), and you can't find half the symbols.  <sad.gif>

they randomly generate from a collection on my mac email app. 

your autocorrect is in german? in accessibility make sure all international cruft is turned off. (Maybe??)

so you are typing a long at 50WPM and dont realize you want "teh" changed top "the" cuz you are typing, so you want to stop and look to change the word, not have it do it automagically???
