Video straight out of my cameras comes in different "flavors" avi or mov.
What should they be rendered to with Handbrake? I've never used it.
Actually, I have Sony Vegas Movies Studio HD Plat 10. Could I render them into a format that the iPad would accept - but it would have to be written to an SD card.
By the way, the IPad did not recognize native jpg files from my Olympus E-PL1 SD card. Said the format was wrong and that I should format the card.

Run them through Handbrake.
I just did the same thing yesterday with videos of my new puppy.
