I think it's about $89.  Not sure.  But with case and keyboard that would be a good price.

Check out Amazon. They have one by ACase that is similar to the first gen iPad case BUT the lid is a magnetic smart cover. It comes in colours and in black, all of $20.00 and some change.

I'm fond of the Smart cover with a snap-on-back in clear plastic. Saw those snap-on backs called smart cover companions for anywhere from $3.72-$14.96 at Amazon.

Amazon also sells the Marware CEO Hybrid for the iPad 2 for about $26.95, and that beats the MRP of $49.00 by a long shot.
