Never heard of Vampire porn....
There is no apparent pattern. Out of 4 movies, 1 was not added. out of 2 different TV series, 3 disks from NCIS and 4 disks from Star Trek:TNG literally half the episodes are not added automatically. Usually 2 from each disk are added and 2 are not. Again, no pattern. Could be episode 1&2 or 3&4 or 1&3...
All from DVD's, no problem with the music, but that doesn't go through Handbrake. None are Torrented.
The files that are not added are put into a folder called "not added" which contains multiple folders named with date and times. Usually one file in each folder. No error message.
I have not looked at the size of the files, some have already been deleted. They are mostly Netflix and Library disks that I watch on my iPad and delete when I'm done.
Any guesses?

I don't know. That's how I currently get 100% of my content into iTunes. Is there a pattern? Only long movies? Only songs? Only vampire porn? Ripped from DVD? Torrented? Etc?
