[iPad] Big Ben vs. The AFLAC duck

 

Hi, folks:

I've been using the TomTom navigation App on my GPS enabled iPad V1. All works well, but if I'm traveling in a North or South direction, my iPad sometimes emits chimes like Big Ben. If I'm traveling in an East or West direction, my iPad emits a sound that might best be described as a sick quack from the AFLAC duck. Has anyone else using this App noticed similar behavior? if so, do you know what this sounds are supposed to mean?
