If you get a lock excuse me if you get it unlocked device you should be able to use it in most cases with the most carriers 4G LTE will work the same what I am told that will be the problem is 3G 3G for some carriers is CDMA and for others is GSM

I am not happy with AT&T coverage in parts of my town. If I change to Verizon, I can't be sure it will be better until I sign up.
If I get an unlocked phone, can I change carriers back and forth?
