iOS 9 introduced some new features for Notes, including a drawing feature where you can draw, write your name, etc. I have an iPad mini 3 where it works, but my wife has an older mini with the latest iOS but this feature is not available. Can I conclude from this that it is related to the age of your device as well as being new with iOS 9?
