I don't have Apple TV so I use one of the five screen formats on my TV or one one of three on my TiVo to adjust picture size. They both have a full screen option but some programs that I downloaded in SD will look grainy if I chose that option.

Using my iPad, I went to watch a TV episode I missed and decided to use Airplay on my Apple TV. On my iPad, I clicked full screen to make it larger, but the image on the Apple TV was small. Is there a way to make the image on Apple TV larger?Tony M
