More people should. I've sold a few apple tvs based upon iPhone having airplay. Or get some speakers or bring a *gasp* cable :-P or if its a new cd. Bring it physically over. I dunno. Get new friends lol just kidding.

BT is 10 metres, so yes 30 feet if that is correct. Seems very hit and miss compatibility wise.. +1 for Airplay, but how many have Airplay at home?
 
So I just give up on that again or take a handsfee kit bought from Apple to share with my mates?

I'm not a fan of Bluetooth but presumably apple didn't do it because it has airplay. What distance does Bluetooth have? A couple hundred feet? Right now I can use my airplay from anywhere on my property (1/3 of an acre) I just love having my music follow me room to room to car etc

I am lost as I cant Bluetooth music to my friends Bluetooth capable Home Theatre reciever in his man cave. But a dumb phone can, grr. I leave it at home now, although I did pop it in a glass bowl the other night, was sweet!

Weird. It makes no sense to me. But then I benefit from being all apple. With a non apple device I couldn't use iTunes or airplay.
