Tks Alice. I did a few last night and all good, just used iPad preset.

Given that the new VLC for iOS is a waste of time I will remove that and just Handbrake, and add to Goodreader.

Cheers

I have used Handbrake for a long time.  It works well for me.  There are plenty of video tutorials out there, including a TWiT Know How on how to use it.

I'm giving up on locating good video players for non supported formats... Played with the new VLC tonite, hopeless. Does not use hardware acceleration. Plays SD fine, 720p not great, 1080p, no good at all.Handbrake is often mentioned, that's a good converter?Opinions on this or others much appreciated
