I dunno, but I suspect that Apples SoC is far better, that's why it has lower CPU speed, yet is silky smooth. Or you can buy a 1.9GHZ Android to make up the difference
 
Made by Apple for Apple compared to make a CPU as a base standard so anyone can use it. Same argument as a full blown PC vs a custom designed games console.
