Thanks for the info. My setup is a few years old. When it is time To replace it I'll know what to look for.

My home theater is made up of satellite DVR, Apple TV, BluRay player and HDDVD player that all feed my Denon AV receiver via HDMI, then a single HDMI cable to my TV. All audio goes through the Denon regardless of source.
Doing it this way eliminates the problem you see with yours.
