The iPhone "may" contain. Sounds like a country that was believed to hold "weapons of mass destruction" as in its just a ploy.
Because I may have drugs in my pocket that's not good enough to search me. I may have a secret piece of paper or may have a secret photo. That's not enough.
Now. If they had proof it was on there then yea lets get I and get it figured out removed and addressed so it can't be a threat. But they only wonder that maybe it's possible that it's on there. DENIED!!
