The 6+ is a good size for me. It's a pocketable iPad. It's far from the ideal form and size - Steve Jobs would be working on that - but it fills the need for now. It fits comfortably in the left hand. Typing is a pain, but it's OK. I have zero desire for anything smaller.

A question for our own selves. Is it really about the price? Or the ideal size of a phone?Apple is afraid of admitting they screwed up with the iPhone 6 and the larger screen size. They have been battling competition with Samsung, and the iPhone SE basically sets the bar so far ahead for phones this size now, that it will take time for competition to understand, that a phone basically should fit in the palm and be operated with a single hand. The iPhone SE has all its buttons in the right place, and performance of the iPhone 6S which is brilliant.I think it's a good step by Apple. The price, yes is attractive and certainly increase their footprint in emerging markets where the 6S was a prohibitive purchase for students and young middle class generation.I wrote an article on my blog a few hours before the release about the ideal sizes of devices, if anyone is interested.Regards.
