Well. To be honest at work you shouldn't be using your personal phone at all and if you are then it's work approved. And if you're being loud regardless of why in a quiet environment you're being rude regardless of if you're taking to your phone or loudly flatulating

Because it happens when we are all sitting at our desks in an otherwise quiet office, trying to do useful work to earn our pay?
