I have LastPass premium and use their app. You can also access your passwords via your iPad browser (Safari) with free or premium.
I see that 1Password is having a HeartBleed sale on their app and desktop software.

LastPass Free doesn't get you passwords on your iPad or other devices; that requires Premium.
The cost of Premium is $12 annually.
